SunTex Roofing and Reconstruction is 100% woman-owned and operated, with Leanne Tolbert as owner, and we have been roofing in Texas since 2022. Our goal is to protect the safety and value of every property we work on. In practice that means a complimentary assessment and estimate, photos of what we find, a dedicated project manager, and support through insurance restoration when a storm caused the damage. We want the relationship to outlast the job.
SunTex Roofing And Reconstruction Company
Our office is on Westridge Blvd in Frisco. From there we run two regions: one sales manager covers Dallas-Fort Worth, another covers Central Texas and Austin, and two of our project managers work on the Central Texas side.
Those project managers handle every part of a roofing or reconstruction job from start to finish, so the owner of the property has one person to ask. We install asphalt shingles, designer shingles, tile and standing metal, and we take on residential, commercial and multi-family work.
Our Values At SunTex
We are prepared, punctual, respectful and solutions-oriented.
We do what’s right, legally and ethically, every time.
We take responsibility, seek solutions, and finish what we start.
We are committed to educating ourselves, improving our craft, and growing through accountability.
We’re here long term for our clients, partners, and teammates.
We build trust by empowering others through education, communicating transparently, and putting relationships ahead of short-term wins.
We lead with clarity, humility, and strength. We value learning, teaching, and mentorship as essential to strong leadership.
SunTex Roofing and Reconstruction Team
These are the people who lead SunTex: the owner, our operations and office managers, and the sales and project managers who split the work between the Dallas-Fort Worth side of the business and the Central Texas and Austin side. Most homeowners meet a sales manager first and then work with a project manager through the job.
Operations Manager
Office Manager
Suade Sherman, our Office Manager, handles the administrative side of every project so the people in the field can stay focused on the work.
DFW sales manager
Central TX and Austin Sales Manager
Alex Keller is our Central Texas and Austin Sales Manager and leads our team in that region.
Project Manager
Eric Sherman is a Project Manager who guides each job from the first day on site through to completion.
Owner
Leanne Tolbert owns SunTex, which makes us a 100% woman-owned and operated company. She leads the team and sets the direction for where the company goes next.

We used them for Christmas lights and could not have been happier. The entire process was so simple and our lights looked amazing. Very high quality and didn’t have one light bulb out the entire season. Highly recommend using them for your holiday lighting!

The other day I had James Rose from SunTex do a courtesy inspection of our roof they replaced a little over a year ago. Mr. Rose was professional and knowledgeable when discussing how the drone inspection reveals no flaws or damage to the roof. I would definitely recommend SunTex to anyone look to have roof work done.

Alex Keller with SunTex Roofing exceeded! SunTex gave us a great experience from start to finish. The entire crew protected our new windows, plants, AC units, garden structures and even pool. I HIGHLY recommend this Texas local roofing company.

SunTex provides unmatched customer support and response times. We moved into a new house with the previous owners creating a massive hole upon moving out. SunTex came out immediately and provided a temporary patch to mitigate damage from an incoming storm. Then came back for the official repair a few days later.

Leanne and her team do GREAT work! Fast and clean as they do your roof replacement process. Leanne and her team are very professional. They get the job done. We are very pleased with our new roof, cutters and the restoration of our fence after the Salado Tornado this past April.
